Need an Architect for a Villa Design

Hi there,

In a 600 sqm plot (20mX30m), I would like to have a 3.5 levels house.

Ground level: 300sqm
First level: 300sqm
Second level: 200sqm
Basement: 100sqm

I would like to have the concept design of the plans, landscape, and exterior of the villa and then ask for the detailed drawings for the builder to build.
