Need a drawing amended/rough sketch or outline initially

I currently have drawings for a dwelling comprising of 6 flats. Due to technicalities this now needs to be reduced to 3. Need to edit current drawings or make a new sketch showing approximately where the new dwelling footprint will be on a site plan. Nothing needs to move per se, just some of previous drawing removed and replaced with landscaping. Yellow section on attached pic. Initial edit is urgent and needs to be done right away, full drawings also need doing and can be done with less urgency depending on how busy designer is.
