Dear sirs,

I am looking to commission a measured survey for the property attached (see in the attachment location, indicative floor plan and size).

The purpose of the measurement would be to be used for drawing a refurbished plan and apply for a building permit. The following will be needed:
- floor plan with exact measures
- elevation of flat rear facade

Please also quote separately for the following in addition:
- elevation of flat front facade
- elevation of lateral facade

Please let us know:
- quote for the above
- earliest date you would be able to deliver
