Design details: The flat is located on the top two floors of a house in London (Highgate, N6). The top floor is a loft conversion.
Your job will essentially be the following:
1. Measure the flat.
2. Draw it up in CAD and deliver it as a .DWG file as per the attached brief
We need two floor plans, front elevation, rear elevation, side elevation, roof plan, and building section.
You will need to be located in London or surrounding areas to be able to visit the flat personally. Successful bidders should be able to demonstrate experience of measuring these kinds of houses in the past (provide past existing drawings ideally or via CV experience).
The final CAD file deliverable must be clean with strict layering standards adhered to.
