Measured CAD Survey

My practice need a measured survey for a potential project and would like a cost to measure and draw up in CAD plans (Ground, First & Roof), Four elevations and one section of a house of approximately 220sqm.

Please find attached existing and proposed hand drawn plans of the property completed 1997. The plans of the proposed are not true to the current property as the works above the garage space and to the front porch were not carried out. The original house was built in approximately 1970-80, and has had various extension works carried out over the last 25years.

The owners live in the property and works from home. Our clients would like the works carried out promptly, could you give us a timescale of when you can carry out the survey, and how quickly you can get the CAD drawings back to us. We require 1:100 plans, elevations and one key section in DWG. format.
