I’m looking for someone to design a dormer for a loft conversion. I’m in the stages of buying this property and need visuals/ floor plan designs so I can send over to my local planning department.
The task in hand will be a design for a front and back dormer. The back dormer sits under PDR (permitted development rights) but the front will need planning as it faces the road.
The design needs to be at a level I can forward on for planning permission. I’ve attached pictures as a reference
