Landscape Plan

We seek CAD drafter to incorporate an existing landscape plan into a site plan drawing to form a final landscape plan. The original PL10 site plan CAD file in .dwg format will be provided.

The work involves utilizing the existing landscape drawing as a reference to carefully redraw all planting, hardscaping and landscape elements at the appropriate scale onto a new plan sheet. The plan legend will need modification to add relevant landscape symbols and identify those features. Dimensioning and north arrows should align between the two drawings.

Upon completion, the amended site plan set should contain the landscape design as a stand-alone sheet. Drawing revision numbers and titles require synchronization. The final deliverable comprises updated CAD files with clean, professional drawings following standard drafting practices.

Experience with AutoCAD and producing construction documents from conceptual designs is essential. Applicants should demonstrate precision and technical skills to seamlessly unite separately drafted plans into a polished, functionally integrated whole.
