I need someone to turn a diagram of a bracket into a CAD file

I have a drawing and a photograph of an aluminum bracket. The bracket comprises two parts. I would like someone to recreate the bracket in a CAD file using the dimensions in the drawing. The CAD file will be sent to a machine shop to fabricate the bracket parts. The bracket comes in two parts. I do not know if I need one file with both parts in it or two files, one for each part, if that influences anything. The project does not require fast turnaround.
