I need plans done for an office building with furniture layout

The outline of the building has been determined but I need the interior layout to be made to suit my recruitment in auto cad!
Using a good circulation route i need the space to consist of:

1) a luxury meeting room to hold 25-30 people
2) a recpeption room to hold up to 10 people
3) bathroom with 2 toilets and 2 sinks
4) executive office with bathroom
5) a small studio 5m x 4m ........... (window not nessercery for this room)
6) a double bed on suit room

If space

7) a twin room with a bathroom

The location of the stairs must not be changed

Furniture layout must be included

I will be avalible for question and update throughout

Revisions or different proposal may be asked for depending on the work presented.
