Design details: To survey and draw up plans of 4 bed family home in South London. The property is a 4 bed , 2 storey property . One survey complete draw up survey electronically to scale and issue as DWG file. Information to be collected includes :
Room sizes, door sizes and positions.
Radiators ad window locations and sizes.
Sinks , WC and kitchen furniture
Plans on all floors
Elevations on each façade
Sections through staircase

Extra notes: You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal:
1.Have you surveyed a building in the past? Are you able to work near London for the survey its self? Do you have cad software experience and software able to produce dwg format files?
