House Planning Permission

I have a CAD drawing of my house in a ".dwg" file format (which people per hour wont let me attach. Its a small single story house to which i'm make a few minor changes which requires planning permission. The person who prepared them is now sick and i need to urgently submit them. I need someone to make some small edits to the drawing and add in my neighbours house to one of the elevations. I need to produce before and after floor plans and elevations and site plans on A4 so that I can apply for planning permission.
