House external render image

We are self builders and need to make a decision on whether to use a red hung tile or black wood cladding for our house so would be after a simple external render image of the tile (as the original 2d elevation drawings show) then swap this out to black timber) to make our decision. Is this something you could do and when you could do it? We have CAD drawings of all elevations. Many thanks, Jayne
