Garden Room - Technical Drawings

I need some technical designs for a Garden Room. It's to put through planning permission in the city where I live.

The dimensions are 4.5m x 4m wide and 2.4 high.

I have uploaded a desired outcome in terms of style and what it will look like when finished and also photographs of where it will sit.

The structure will sit 1m away from the boundary wall to the back and right of it, it will be built on concrete pillars 50mm off the patio. The pillars are made up of 18 concrete patio stones. with which the timber frame will be built off that on top of a water proof membrane.

The walls are either going to be Sips Panels or timber framed with OSB on the outside and insualtion and plasterboard on the inside.

Outside will have water proof barrier and be clad in either larch timber cladding or metal cladding.

Roof will be a pent roof made up of rubber or fiber class and hopefully with a natural sedum roof, with guttering.
