We are looking for an experienced interior designer or studio to deliver a full interior design package for a residential villa project in the UK.

Please no time wasters and onlu designers who can produce high-end, detailed and fully buildable design packages, with strong and good taste and attention to detail.



Project:

* 3-storey villa
* 5–6 bedrooms
* Full house interior design
* Architectural drawings available


Design Vision:
Modern, elegant and timeless, with a **warm, homely and cosy feel throughout**.
High-end but liveable, with natural flow and well-considered spaces.


Style Direction:

* Warm neutral palettes (creams, taupes, warm greys)
* Natural materials (wood, stone, textured finishes)
* Soft, layered lighting
* Clean lines with bespoke detailing
* Understated luxury (not overly decorative)

Scope:

* Full design concept
* Layouts & elevations
* Finishes & materials
* Lighting design
* Reflected ceiling plans
* FF&E schedules
* Interior detailing
* Photorealistic 3D renders for all spaces

**External / Landscaping (Important):**
Landscaping is already in place, however we require the designer to incorporate and enhance it within the overall design.

This includes:

* Front of house (driveway, parking, entrance approach)
* Design detailing to complement the architecture
* Integration with the overall look and feel of the property

We will provide site photos and layout drawings.


Timeline:
Urgent – must be able to start immediately and deliver efficiently.
