Front and loft extension plans

Front and loft extension design to property.

Using house measurements from existing CAD drawing. Produce all the relevant paperwork (pdf) needed to submit another planning design. Using the greenbelt criteria for local council and rejection reasons from first design.

We have photos of other designs we feel we can copy.

Original design rejected by council. We are in greenbelt. Need to look at their comments and alter.

Needs to be CAD design. Copying another design which we feel can heavily guide you.
