Floor plans / Elevations for Small Café (South Manchester)

Hi,

I'm opening a board games café in South Manchester and have just agreed terms for a property. Unfortunately it needs a change of use (under permitted development) from a shop to a café. I need some basic elevations/floor plans measured and drawn to scale in 2D CAD. The building is fairly straightforward in terms of layout: the ground floor is 48m² and the basement is 37m². There's not a whole lot changing beyond a few internal fixtures.

Can you let me know roughly how much it'd cost if I wanted it done in the next 2 weeks?
