Floor plans

I have floor plans for my holiday let property (www.barndriftnorfolk.com) but need them redrawn better and printable from an A4 printer. changes to be made:

-drawings of rooms connected as in real life. eg: bed 8 is accessed through boot room
-alternative measurements, such as feet, inches and meters.
-square footage/meterage of each room added
-add compass symbol
-add walled gardens to the south (approx measurements, starting with north to south16x11 meters, 14x17 meters & 13x15meters)
