Floor plan for garage conversion

i just need a simple 2d floor plan and elevations for our detached double garage conversion which is 6m by 6m. we are converting it to a home gym. this is to submit to the council for planning permission as there is a condition. only external change is replacing the current single door access from teh garden to a double upvc glazed french door.
if you can also obtain the site and location plan for us and annotate the 3 car parking spaces on the driveway that we need to show on the site plan as the council regard the garage as one parking space. please advise your fixed fee.
