Finish a Site Drawing in Rhino / SketchUp + basic site model

Hi there,

Two things!
Firstly:

I have a .3dm drawing of a site and surrounding area, 2D at 1:2000 scale.

The drawing is nearly but not quite complete; it is missing some lines for roads and paths, so I would like those drawn in.

There are also some lines for buildings missing.

I have a DXF map of the area, with all the buildings, so those buildings which are missing from the drawing can be imported.

Secondly:
1:200
3D site model
Made from the drawing.
Focusing on a smaller area of the site, and extruding lines etc to make 3D.
Showing: River, roads, pathways, buildings
Please see references attached for level of detail

You can work in a program of your choice as long as delivery is .3dm file with neat layers
