Feasibility Study - Property

Design details: Hello,
We are looking for a feasibility study for a development opportunity.

OBJECTIVE
- Establish how many commercial and residential units can be developed on the proposed site to create the greatest value after completion. Residential units preferred. Commercial likely to be a planing requirement at ground level:

OUTPUT
1. Existing and propsed flooor plans for every level. Currently 2 levels. Proposal likely to be more.
(Only show apartment boudnaries. No detail required. Shade plans to colour code different uses eg residential or work.
2. Site Plan
(showing basic contextand adjacent structures).
3. Area Schedule listing Gross Internal Areas per residential / apartment unit, and also totals per use
(eg 10,000m2 residential)

CONSIDERATIONS
- Briefly investigate adjacent Planning Applications (use the 'map' tab on Lambeth's Planning site). This will determine the council's attitude towards the suitable height, scale and uses of developments in the surrounding area. This will affect the amount of levels in the proposal, and how much commercial or residential the council are looking for.
- Counci may likely Commercial on ground floor, with a mixture of sizes of residential units on upper levels.
