Existing floor plan drawn up and int. proposals shown in AutoCAD

Stage I

I had a dimensional survey done on a two-storey semi-detached house. I have a hand-drawn sketch with dimensions in mm.

I need that drawn up to scale in dwg file that can be opened in AtutoCAD. I would like dimensions to be shown on plans and floor area of each room calculated in [m2] to one decimal place. Example dwg is provided to show what the end product should look like (this is model view only).
Brief scope of work:
- draw wall outline from the sketch provided
- indicate wall thicknesses, stairs, doors, windows etc
- populate with dimensions
- measure room floor areas
- show captions for rooms and additional comments
- hatch walls
- paste in 1:50 scale onto a template paper layout
- adjust text in paper space such as dates, title etc


Stage II

I need proposed internal works to be shown on plans.

Brief scope of work:
Watch the video instructions describing proposed changes
Draw new wall layout
Show furniture and sanitary fittings (from template provided)
Show sockets and light switches etc.
Update room floor areas and captions
Add brief description of proposed works
Adjust text and viewports in paper space to show all floor plans
