Existing CAD Site Plan amendments

I need a CAD designer to amend existing CAD drawing and supply by me and supply to me both CAD file and PDF of complete work. Work to be in colour and changes are below.

Site Plan –

1. Remove light grey lines within green hatched area
2. Add dark green cross hatching as shown between pond and stream buffer
3. Add Key in location shown identifying; light green hatching as ‘Ecological Buffer Zone’ & dark green cross hatching as ‘Connected Habitat’
4. Add blue line as shown on the drawing i.e.: following hedge line to north west of site & 2m from site boundary to north east side
5. Add red line around site boundary as shown
6. Change drawing box
7. Add plot numbers to each plot – copied from another plan (supplied)
8. Add FFL’s to each plot – copied from another plan (supplied)
9. Add House Types to each plot as follows
a. Plot 1 - Type A
b. Plot 2 – Type B2
c. Plot 3 – Type B1
d. Plot 4 – Type C2
e. Plot 5 – Type A
f. Plot 6 – Type C2
g. Plot 7 – Type A
h. Plot 8 – Type C2
i. Plot 9 – Type C1
