Engineering design for shearleg crane

I am looking for someone to undertake an outline design of a shear-leg style crane structure to lift 50T at 12m radius.

The structural calculation would need to identify a suitable factor of safety based on a relevant design code. We would provide outline design paramaters to the freelancer before start of project (for buildability, available components, etc.).

The outline design is to identify main structural members, components, etc., to allow budget pricing before detailed design stage.
