Energy Assessor - Standard Assessment Procedure (SAPS)

We currently looking for a Construction Domestic Energy Assessors (OCDEA) qualified assessor, who deal with residential conversions and new builds.

We are looking at outsourcing the process or set up an overseas office to outsource the process.

Standard Assessment Procedure (SAPS) calculations are used to assess
the energy performance of residential buildings in the UK. This procedure involves
calculations based on various factors, including the building's
construction, insulation, heating systems, lighting etc

‘SketchUp’ software is used to create a 3D model of the building,
which aids in accurately capturing relevant dimensions and features.

SAP software (from Elmhurst Energy) is used to complete the assessment
and calculate a rating.
