Draw a CAD drainage & utilities plan for a proposed campsite

Create a CAD showing runs of sewer pipes, soakaways manholes, with invert levels. The drawing should also show electric cable runs, and water pipe runs. A topographic site survey will be provided in CAD format. A drawing of the 'sketch' will also be provided, as will a CAD format drawing of the site layout (although this drawing doesn't have any levels attached). The drawing created MUST include an appropriate scale and be printable at A0, A3 and A4.
