Drainage Layout Drawing Amendments - CAD

I am seeking a quotation for the amendment and reissue of an existing drainage layout drawing relating to a planning condition discharge submission for a mixed-use conversion project at:

Chelmsford
CM1 1DX

Background

A drainage layout drawing has already been prepared and submitted to the drainage officer (Essex County Council / LLFA).

Following review, the drainage officer has requested a small number of amendments before the drainage strategy can be accepted.

The drainage principle itself has already been agreed and no redesign is required.

Scope Required

I require the existing drainage layout drawing to be amended and reissued in PDF format incorporating the following:

• Clearly show separate foul and surface water systems throughout
• Clearly show foul drainage discharging to the public foul sewer (FW)
• Clearly show surface water drainage discharging to the public surface water sewer (SW)
• Remove any implication that foul and surface water connect into a combined lateral drain before reaching the public network
• Add annotation confirming surface water discharge will be restricted to 2.0 litres per second
• Update notes and key accordingly
• Retain existing architectural floor plans and existing drainage routes where possible
