To design a new build home to maximise potential of land marked on location plan
Criteria:
- To design new house in empty land to UK Planning permission, as shown on DWG
- All bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen sizes to meet minimum London Space Standards
- Ideally min 61sqm 2 bedrooms if we can make it fit or 50sqm 1 bedroom if it works better
- All walls need to be 300mm wide (brick, 100mm cavity and block)
- Ensure 1 parking space and sufficient communal gardens
- Access via driveway to side of house labelled "House" - there is a walkway on other side labelled "Walkway" so would like access Front Door access from both sides
- Existing Garages to remain on site - not demolished
- Provide all elevations, floorplans at 1:100 scale and site plan drawings
- To be maximum 1 storey (no basement) with low level roof to keep overall height down
