Design medical device for engineers (Biomed, design, mechanica)

Description:
This is related to a plate used in orthopedic procedure to fix bones (please see attached photo)
The project detailed design input and criteria will be sent to you once we agreed on discussing the project
Tasks
To help in transforming and existing initial medical device concept into a refined 3D model that achieve the intended function stated in the design input.
The process requires:
- Understanding the existing product designs structure and function
- Understand the intended modifications and their functions
- Create the best design concept to achieve the design input
- Create a 3D printable sample of the designed components
- Iterate the design based on the 3D prototype trial feedback
- Finalize the design and submit the 3D printable file of the components Create the best design

Strongly preferred skills:
- Medical or Biomedical background
- Ability to provide STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS of the physical loads on the design
- Ability to provide cost-effective 3D models of the design
