Design engineering for a sheet-metal fabricated product

We are working on a consumer product that has a sheetmetal part which needs to be engineered and optimized for production. So we are looking for someone that has experience in designing parts for sheet metal fabrication.

We have the 3D files (STEP/PARASOLIDS) that we can share and these will give you the shape and dimensions as these have been defined. We basically just need to covert parts of the product (hightlighted in one of the images) on a single sheet metal element that is cheap to produce. Attached are some images of the product and also examples of what we are looking to achieve.

Please attach some examples of your work, specially examples that have been manufactured.
