Experience Level: Expert
I will supply you with a topographic survey in CAD DWG format, and I am looking for a designer / architect to create a site plan that meets UK design housing standards. I want to fit as many detached properties on the site as possible, but, they can't feel 'squashed'. Each must have parking for two cars, a garden space of 40m2 and at least 94m2 of internal floor space (47m2 on each floor).

The internal layouts of each property will be a seperate project.
