Convert to AutoCAD LT

We have a CAD drawing of sports hall line markings that looks like it was Created buy another CAD software not Autodesk, the drawing at present is showing one line thickness and it not editable.

we are looking for the drawing to be edited in Autodesk AutoCAD LT. the final version requires each line marking to be on its own layer which is editable and has the correct line dimensions for example we need the drawing show a netball that has a 50mm width line and is fully editable. finally we require it to be a scale of 1: 100 and in the layout template we have already designed.
