Convert Sweethome3D plans of an Office Building into dwg

I currently have plans of a 6 storey office building approximately 3,000ft² per storey drawn up in http://www.sweethome3d.com/

I require these to be drawn in a dwg format.

I can provide both pdf floorplans and the sweet home 3d .sh3d file that includes ceiling/window heights.

I also have a previous dwg file, however the internal layout is out of date and would need to be updated to match the sweethome3d drawing.

On job completion I would require the updated dwg file as described as well as a pdf plan of each storey in both A3 and A1 paper source to scale.

Timescale: approximately 7-10 days after receiving the files.
