Convert M&E Drawings from PDF to DWG and Apply Updates

Description:
I require a CAD technician to assist with updating a set of mechanical and electrical drawings for a leisure centre decarbonisation project.

Scope of Work:

Convert all supplied PDFs into clean, editable DWG files.

Replace/standardise drawing borders/title blocks (to be supplied).

Apply marked changes:

Incorporation of revised buffer vessel.

Adjustments to proposed heating schematic and layouts to match site mark-ups (provided).

General tidy-up and re-issue at Stage 5 standard (“Issued for Construction”).

Provide final files in DWG + PDF.

Deliverables:

Approx. 15 drawings (mechanical, electrical, schematics, layouts, site plan, schedule).

Clean DWGs with correct layers, lineweights, and consistent borders.

Turnaround: 1 week maximum (priority drawings may be requested first).

Requirements:

Proficient in AutoCAD (MEP experience preferred).

Experience with M&E drawing conversion and updates.

Ability to work from red-line mark-ups.

Strong attention to detail and QA.
