Convert .dwg file into sketch up model

Information for the business: Landscape Services
Design details: I have a dwg file of the elevations of my clients house. I need it drawn onto sketchup and made into a model so I can design the garden with a life like version of the house in the back ground. Needs to be a complete model so that the client can view all aspects of the house. Boundary lines plotted through the model so we can see where the garden starts and stops.
Ideas for the visual style: No need to render but everything needs to be on a plane
Extra notes: I have added a sketchup file of a model that I have previously completed and it needs to reflect the level of detail I have shown. This file is called JohnSellerRevised
