Construction Dwgs for Apartment Block (Current UK BRegs Specs)

We have secured planing permission for a block of Flats in UK and have been appointed to take the project to Tender with a complete set of Working / Construction Dwgs. These should include as below:
1. Floor Plans with Brick setting out
2. Roof Plans
3. Reflected Celing Plans for all apartments, including amenity and parking areas.
4. Sectional Dwgs
5. Site sectional Dwgs
6. Full set of 1:20 scale Constructional Details
7. Specification

I will provide you with a latest topographical survey, Drainagfe plans and Structural Plans.
I have attached a set of approved Plans for your kind consideration and for determining a cost.
