Construction Drawings - Architect / Technician

Job Description:

I am for an experienced architect or architectural technician to develop a construction drawing package suitable for build on a resi to office conversion.

The planning drawings are very basic (existing + proposed), so this role involves taking the approved scheme and fully detailing it to construction level.

This is a UK-based project, so knowledge of UK Building Regs and construction detailing is essential.

Scope of Work:

1. Detailed Drawings
Fully dimensioned GA plans (existing & proposed)
Elevations and sections (with construction detail)
Setting out drawings
Reflected ceiling plans (if required)
Internal layouts (partitions, doors, etc.)
2. Construction Details
Wall build-ups (internal & external)
Floor build-ups
Door detailing
Stair / access details
Junction details (key interfaces)

Ideal Candidate
Very familiar with UK construction standards
Proven experience delivering technical packages
Strong attention to detail

Deliverables
Full set of construction drawings (PDF + DWG)
Editable source files
