Concept architectural design of a yard

The project is the architectural design of a new construction company yard. Facilities within this yard will include, but not limited to office complex, warehouse, fabrication workshop, sand blasting workshop, residential accomodation. The scope involves the production of 2d, 3d drawings, 3d visualisation, walkthrough and flythrough animations and interior design.

However, this present bid is for the concept design stage. If the concept provided by the successful bidder is accepted, we will happy to take this to the more detailed design. Because we we need to get the best hand for this job, we will need to accept more than one bid for this concept stage. So the bidding will remain open until after the concept stage.
