Cellar Plans

Draw up plans inc. specific materials and likely cost for cellar / drive underpass. Site visit (Powys, Wales, UK) or Skype, video + photos. Must have knowledge of related UK building regulations and knowledge of prefabricated sections that might be suitable.

Type of Structure: Boiler Room - Underpass - Barn Cellar (approx. 3m x 14.5m)

The bullet point details are as follows ... I am very flexible as to size and design to facilitate prefabricated sections if this was sensible:

Part 1 approx. 3m x 4m: usage: boiler room and chip store.
Part 2 approx. 3m x 4m: under existing tarmac (roofed with any suitable 'road' material).
Part 3 approx 3m x 4.5m: under earthed floor of upper barn
Part 4 approx 3m x 2m: access through to lower barn.

Additional Notes:

Part 1 Temporary roof later to have steps up to wooden building above ground.
Part 2 Loading for 'road' section to be discussed.
Part 3 Eventually to have wooden or partially wooden floor.
Part 4 Lower barn ... on a lower level to upper barn: basic temporary timber roof.

I am essentially looking for a plan, list of materials and approximate cost. So I can get quotes to build.
