Cantilever Height Barrier Product Drawing

I am looking for a drawing of a height restriction barrier.
The barrier needs to be able to open, however instead of swinging open the barrier arm needs to be manually raised to allow tall vehicles entry (in the same way as a rising boom barrier) I have attached a picture of the barrier. The dimensions of the barrier are :
7 meters wide x 2.1 meter height
Root Fixed upright post (600mm depth in the ground)
Main supporting post: 120 x 120 steel box section
Catch Post : 80 x 80 steel box section

We need both a 3D model, as well as part drawings
