CAD Tracing Work - Tracing floor plans

Design details: Hello!

We are a British based technical drawing company and have a requirement for an external CAD technician to work alongside us on a few simple projects we occasionally get. Mainly we have a need to draw up floor plans in an intelligent manner. E.G keeping walls at 90 degrees to each other, using existing measurements to scale the drawings from, using our CAD template to produce the plans etc. We are looking to build a good working relationship with a reliable, cost effective, intelligent CAD Technician so please let me know if you tick these boxes.

For this job I need the attached plan (page 1 and page2) traced and drawn up, I then need to show the proposal works (page 3) outlined in red. Simple as that.
