CAD model of a bike tyre lever concept ready for 3D printing

I’m looking to create the 3D model of the green part in the picture. The model required is even simpler than shown, as we can now disregard the two front hooks as the prototype will use velcro instead of rubber with holes.

It needs a slight lip on the end, just like a traditional bike lever (shown in 2nd and 3rd photo)

It needs an elongated section to rest fingers on and press down, strengthened by an arc shape so it doesn’t snap under pressure.

It needs a bar across the top so I can feed the velcro through, loop it round and sew in place.
