CAD Floor plan for a bungalow

Accurate, with dimensions, floor plan has now been uploaded as a rough sketch. I am looking for this to be done in CAD or whichever software you use but for it to have furniture marked on accurately and to scale. Many thanks for your patience.

I'm looking for an accurate and clear floor plan for a bungalow that I'm renovating. I have attached the floor plan which does not have measurements and is not to scale (please note, we have made changes to internal such as removing the inner bathroom and converting bedroom 3 to a large bathroom (this is where the main work is required and I can provide furniture, bath etc. specs in direct message) - there are also more details which will be given when the job is awarded). I am looking for an accurate spatial representation so that I can see any potential issues with my designs so far. If possible I would also like a 3D modelling of the house so that I can see any issues prior to furniture purchase and fitting; however, if the selected person is unable to do this then I will post this as a separate job once the CAD house plan is complete. Please request any further detail that you need to form your proposal.
