CAD drawings for industrial unit fit-out submission to landlord

I need detailed CAD drawings for an industrial unit fit-out project that will be submitted to the landlord for approval.

The drawings should show:
* Existing layout of the unit (walls, mezzanine, doors, stairs, etc.)
* Dimensions, measurements, and annotations suitable for landlord and building control review
* Basic elevations and layout plans (not structural calculations)

I can provide sketches, measurements, and photos. The final drawings must be clean, accurate, and delivered in PDF and DWG format.

Preference for someone experienced with industrial unit layouts, mezzanines, or workshop/warehouse planning.
