CAD drawing of product

Do a CAD drawing of this unusual shaped bottle, the drawing attached are only approximate measurements, my requirement is for this bottle shape to have an internal volume of 75ml. Can you advise if you are able to work this out and resize the image accordingly? Please answer this question before putting forward a proposal, as the internal volume of 75ml is very important.

It would be useful (but not essential) if you could do this in Zbrush software with a step format file. (other files formats please see attachment). Your final 3D CAD drawing will be used to have a prototype made so we can do further test to check volume is correct.
