CAD drawing for 3D printing

Hello, I am looking for a CAD design of what is basically a 30mm clock face with manual moving arms. There is to be no electronics. The attached image is a rough idea of what it would look like (minus the legs), yellow body, red arms, 1-12 hour markings, does NOT need the minute markings. The arms will be moved manually and must hold in place once the time is selected.

I'm new to this so I apologise for lack of technical knowledge but am more than happy to discuss any further details.
