CAD draftsman needed for construction drawings of small builds / garden rooms.

We are looking for a CAD operator to produce a set of working drawings for a garden office.

We require:
outline
build up of walls, roof (warm roof) and floor (warm floor)
Internal
wiring
heating
and a CAD impression of the finished build.

We have all the sizes, materials to be used and would also welcome any input that could be offered.

We are going to need to build a very good relationship with our contractor as we will need drawings on a regular basis.
