CAD and 3D-Render for various spaces

I would like to efficiently plan a unit that comprises 9 zones.
Provide CAD drawings as well as Realistic 3D Renders.

Each zone may have different furniture and equipment layout e.g. a meeting room could be arranged as Boardroom or U-Shape etc.

It's an exciting project and look forward to receiving competitive proposals.
