Building regs UK based on approved planning drawings

I am looking for a fixed price to supply building regulations plans and specification for a UK building Regulations submission based on the attached approved planning drawings for a new rebuilt side garage,front porch and rear single storey extension to existing Bungalow.. To include all necessary information to satisfy the Building Control department including amendments where required by them. To include layout plan, all elevations, roof plan, construction details, building section, joist and roof truss layout, foundation plan, drainage plan and materials specification.
Plans to be supplied at 1:50 scale and in Auto CAD dwg format and pdf format.
Foundations to be based on trench fill. External cavity wall to be based on insulated plasterboard on lightweight block inner leaf, 100mm insulated cavity and rendered 100mm block outer leaf, with brick plinth, timber suspended floor.
We have recently built a cabin at the back of garden which is not on the site/block plan, please let me know if need us to amend.
