Building Control annotated drawings from architectural drawings

I have architectural and structural drawings for a project on a two storey house however I require annotated drawings for building control purposes. I have previous examples and full materials required but require someone to annotate the drawings for the purposes of submission.

An additional set of works would include incorporating all drawings into a REVIT or other 3D modelling system for the purposes of construction drawings to allow for efficient take off and BOM. I have attached architectural drawings and structural drawings.
