Hi CAD experts !
I am looking for someone who can help me with AutoCAD.
Nothing creative, but need technical support and it would be nice if you could walk me through while solving the issue.
Max 1 hour work, please check description below:
I have an architectural drawing in Model Space, scale 1:1 , and created 11 lay outs. All line weights in Model Space are set in Default Mode, some dotted or striped line types were scaled from 1 to 5 so the dots/stripes were closer together, but the line thickness I kept in default mode.
All Lay Outs are A3 size.
What I dont understand: Some drawings need to be zoomed in in order to show the detail so i kept those at scale 1:1. But for others, to show a section, I set the Paper Space scale like 1:20 or 1:8.
When I export the lay outs to PDF the line weights becomes very thick so the drawing becomes unclear.
Can someone make these exports and walk me through it at the same time? We would share screen and call while you make the adjustment so I can learn.
In the sample attached you see the scale 1:1 drawing is very neat and in the scaled 1:8 drawing at the same page the lines are thick and blend into each other. It seems like the smaller the scale the more they blend.
How can we fix this so both drawings on the same lay out page will look clear and clean?
We should be able to solve this in max 1 hour and the budget is 35€.
NDA signature required.
If you happen to be experienced in furniture shop drawings made in CAD you can send some of your work for future projects.
Thank you for your response

Hi Jette,
Does your drawings need line weight option to present?
